There are a few things you will need to do before you can get started with email, but don't worry; they are simple enough, and we're here to help if you run into any problems.
First things first, you will need to decide what email address(es) you would like to use. Depending on your industry and target audience, any of the following might be appropriate:
Easy! Now that you know what you will use for an address, we simply need to create them. You can do this easily through your client area at the Perfect Fit Hosting website.
Once logged in, click on the square button labeled "Services". Here is where you will find a list of all your active hosting plans. Click anywhere in the line with the hosting plan information to take you to the service detail page. Scroll down and you will see a box labeled "Quick Create Email Account". Simply type the name that you want to use for your email account, and provide a strong password, and click the blue "Create" button. That's it!
Now your email address has been created. You will use this same password whether setting up a mail client (such as Microsoft Outlook, for example) or using webmail, so make sure to store the password in a secure password management system.
